As the weather warms up, spring offers a great time to get outside and take in the fresh

air with exercise. Try going for a walk, taking a bike ride, or picking up a new hobby outdoors. Just don’t forget to start slow and take time to stretch out your legs afterward. Hamstring and hip flexor tightness are common when returning to exercise.
