A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRINCIPAL

Rise! This theme is more than one word, it is an ACTION! In Acts 26:16 we are commanded to rise: “But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose.” My heart’s desire for this school year is that our school, corporately and individually would take the next step and make the necessary effort to “rise” and fulfill the purpose God has for us.

As a school I would like to see us rise in our academics, organization, and overall commitment to excellence. As individuals, we are called to rise in our relationship with Christ, kindness and love towards others, and commitment to following God’s will for our life.

Even though we may fail at times, the Bible challenges us in Proverbs 24:16, “For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again:” to get back up and finish what God has for us. Too many Christians stay down when they slip causing a shortage of young Christians determined to put action behind their words! We are already in one of the best school years I can remember, but we are only scratching the surface of where God wants to take us!
